Participation in any club competition can only take place once the annual subscription is paid.

Late entries and withdrawals from competitions can only be made via the shop or the Competition Secretary.

Failure to notify of a withdrawal before the assigned starting time will result in the member being excluded from the next 3 competitions.

Members should report to the shop at least 10 minutes before the assigned starting time to assist in the avoidance of slow play.

MATCH-PLAY COMPETITIONS - All participating members are responsible for arranging dates for playing ties. Ties not played by the specified date unless extended by prior approval of the Competition or Club Secretaries will result in all players being removed from the competition.

SCORE CARDS - Players are required to ensure that recorded scores are legible as failure to do so may result in disqualification.
