Stony Holme Golf Club has an active and well supported Senior Section. Competitions are organised throughout the golf season specifically for Senior members. To qualify as a Senior member of the Club, you must have attained the age of 60 on the date of any such competition. There are Monthly Medals together with a range of other types of competitions, including pairs and team competitions. Don’t worry if you have not got a partner - we will find one for you!

The Senior section also plays matches against other Golf Clubs in the area on a home and away basis. These matches, whilst being competitive are friendly. No-one likes to be beaten after all, but the after match ‘craic’ is part of the day out.

New members are always sought and you will be made very welcome within both the Senior section and the Club as a whole.

At age 60 you qualify for the Seniors subscription rate for membership of the Club and also for the reduced price for the C.L.L. Ultimate or Golf Season Ticket cards. (See green fees section)
